Heat Pads

Combines the benefits of polyester and PVC in one easy handle sheet. One or two sides can be coated to adhere to raw core stocks and full bleed inks. Materials can be customer specified in a variety of gauges to suit card thickness requirements.
Composite card construction using polyester requires opposing sheet orientation yo result in flat sheets.

Standard Lamination heat pad is application to all kinds of single stack and twin stack laminator, and the production of all types of ISO Standard bank cards, Smart cards, contact less and combi cards.

Configuration

First Layer: heat resistant woolen felt.
Middle Layer: silicon (high temperature) rubber.
Third Layer: heat resistant woolen felt.
