Since 1998, our company produces tailor-made overlay films with magnetic stripe. Our production team allows the application of magnetic stripes on PVC, polycarbonate, polyester (lacquered or unlacquered) and paper. Magnetic stripe printing disks allow several positions and formats for magnetic stripes on the overlay films, as well.

Smart Layer-3, S.L. provides ribbons for card customization for several different types of printing (indent, embossing and thermal transfer (monochromatic, color and YMCKO)) and for several different types of equipment, such as Datacard, NBS, CIM, Eltron, etc., always with excellent color and brightness adherence.

We also offer unique materials, such as holographic PVC, PVC for Deko-smart card decoration, RFID, and PLA, as well as white cards, cushion pads…
